Set up your account and send your first document in minutes.
- How do I send my first document for signature? +
- From your dashboard, click 'New document', drop in a PDF, drag signature and date fields where you need them, add your signer's email, and hit Send. Your client gets a secure link — no account needed.
- What file types can I upload? +
- PDF is recommended and works best. You can also upload .docx, .jpg, and .png — we'll convert them to PDF automatically before signing.
- How do I set up reusable templates? +
- Open any document you've sent, click 'Save as template', name it (e.g. 'Buyer Purchase Agreement'), and it'll appear under Templates next time you start a new document.
Mailboxes & organization
Keep every transaction tidy with unlimited mailboxes.
- What is a mailbox? +
- A mailbox is a dedicated inbox for one transaction — a listing, a buyer, or a property. All documents, signers, and audit trails for that sale live in one place.
- Is there a limit on mailboxes? +
- No. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes. We don't cap you.
- How do I archive a closed transaction? +
- Open the mailbox, click the menu in the top right, and choose 'Archive'. Archived mailboxes stay fully searchable and downloadable forever.
Signing & signers
Wet, scanned, typed — all legally binding.
- Do my clients need to create an account? +
- No. Clients receive a secure email link, sign on any device, and you're notified instantly. Zero friction for them.
- Can I use a real wet signature? +
- Yes. Clients can sign with a stylus or finger on a tablet for a true wet signature, upload a scanned signature image, or type their name. All three are legally binding under ESIGN and UETA.
- Can I require signers to sign in a specific order? +
- Yes. When adding signers, toggle 'Set signing order' and number each signer. The next person is only notified after the previous one signs.
- What if my client can't open the signing link? +
- Most often the link was filtered to spam. Ask them to check spam/promotions, or from your dashboard click 'Resend' on the document.
Security & legality

- Are Realty Sign Pro signatures legally binding? +
- Yes — fully compliant with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, giving e-signatures the same legal standing as ink-on-paper for real estate in all 50 states.
- How is my data protected? +
- Documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We host on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure with regular penetration testing.
- What's in the audit trail? +
- Every signed document includes a Certificate of Completion: signer name, email, IP address, timestamp, signing method, and a hash of the final document. It's court-admissible.
- How do I turn on two-factor authentication? +
- Go to Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) and SMS as a backup.

- How does the 7-day free trial work? +
- No credit card required. Full access for 7 days. We email you a few days before it ends — add a card to continue at $9.99/month, or do nothing and your account pauses.
- Can I cancel anytime? +
- Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep access through the end of your billing period and your documents remain available forever.
- Do you offer refunds? +
- Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net or email hello@realtysignpro.app to request one. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Will you raise the price? +
- Existing customers keep their original price for as long as their subscription stays active. Founding members are locked in at $9.99/month forever.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common issues.
- My document looks blurry after upload +
- Upload the original PDF instead of a scan, or rescan at 300 DPI. We render at the file's native resolution — higher in, sharper out.
- The signer says the link expired +
- Signing links are valid for 30 days. From your dashboard, open the document and click 'Resend' to generate a fresh link.
- I accidentally voided a document +
- Voided documents stay in your mailbox under 'Voided'. Open it and click 'Restore' within 7 days, or duplicate it as a new send.
