30-day money-back guarantee

Realty Sign Pro, operated by Glenn Morrissette, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email hello@realtysignpro.app and we will help you with the request.

After the 30-day window

Requests made after 30 days are reviewed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund handling and applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
