1. Who we are

Realty Sign Pro is operated by Glenn Morrissette ("we", "us", "our"), acting as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@realtysignpro.app.

2. Personal data we collect

Account data — name, email, login credentials, business name, role.
Document data — files you upload, signer names and emails, signature images, and audit metadata (IP, timestamp, device, method).
Support data — messages, attachments, and screenshots you send us.
Usage and device data — pages viewed, actions taken, browser, OS, IP address, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.
Billing data — limited transaction metadata (plan, status, last four digits of card). Full payment details are collected and held by Paddle, not by us.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

Provide and operate the service — performance of contract.
Authenticate users and secure accounts — legitimate interests, legal obligation.
Process documents and produce audit certificates — performance of contract.
Provide customer support — performance of contract, legitimate interests.
Improve and debug the product — legitimate interests.
Send service notifications — performance of contract.
Send marketing emails — consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments, manages subscriptions, handles billing inquiries, refunds, chargebacks, invoicing, and sales tax / VAT / GST compliance on our behalf.
Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and error monitoring vendors acting as processors under written agreements.
Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers where reasonably required.
Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protections.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions issued by the relevant authority.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations (typically up to 7 years). Signed documents and audit certificates are retained for the life of the account plus the legally required retention period for real estate records. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email hello@realtysignpro.app. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, two-factor authentication, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to run the service, and a limited set of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
